Sub-Tops - $3.00 a SqFt:
Sub-tops are three quarter inch plywood that covers the countertops as a base to poor on
 

Under-Mount Sinks - $150.00 per sink:
We must have al under-mount sinks one week prior to framing your countertops.  A template of the sin needs to be built.
 

Over-Mount Sinks and Self Rimming Sinks - No Charge
 

Decorative Farm Sink Front - $250.00
 

*Minimum charge per job: $2000.00

Before your scheduled start date for countertop installation, you need to remove any existing countertops, sinks garbage disposal, dishwasher and all appliances.

The day after your countertops are pored, you may re-install your sinks, garbage disposal, dishwasher and all appliances.

 

Estimates can be provided for custom projects such as:

• Fireplace surrounds/hearths
• Mantels
• Concrete Sills
• Etc...

 

Installation of decorative tiles/objects will be priced accordingly.  Correct placement of decorative tiles/objects is the responsibility of the client.
